Smartec outdoor camera is equipped with a new Sony SuperHAD II CCD with high sensitivity and improved backlight compensation. Using this CCD allows STC-3630 ULTIMATE to improve color rendering, increase the dynamic range of the camera and provide camera operation at up to 0.15/0.001 lux in Color/BW modes respectively.
High range of image detail
STC-3630 ULTIMATE generates high resolution video with 600/700 TVL in Color/BW modes providing the highest range of image detail. Due to the latest DSP-processor new outdoor camera features digital noise reduction (SSNR III) that allows camera to deliver high quality images even in low light conditions.
Day / Night modes
To prevent sporadic camera switching between Color/BW modes during the short-term changes of illumination STC-3630 ULTIMATE provides configuring of switching delay time - from 5 to 60 seconds. In addition camera menu can be used for configuring of switching time for Color/BW modes.
IR illumination usage
In case of lighting absence STC-3630 ULTIMATE activates 40 IR LEDs with high luminous efficiency and 40 m of illumination range. When monitoring close objects installer can avoid "smearing" effect by adjusting the power of IR illumination. Smartec outdoor camera allows installer to set the light level at which the IR illumination will turn on automatically.
Digital image stabilization, high light compensation and SSDR mode
STC-3630 ULTIMATE features digital image stabilization (DIS) function to eliminate image flicker, resulting from gusts of wind or other sources of vibrations. Due to the high light compensation (HLC) of the bright image areas, the adjacent areas of the image can be viewed more clearly. High dynamic range (SSDR) function enables installer to utilize STC-3630 camera on the applications with contrast lighting, suppressing extremely bright image areas and adding contrast to the image areas with a low light.
Hardware motion detection and privacy zone masking
Outdoor camera allows installer to specify up to 8 zones of motion detection with adjustable parameters (size, position, sensitivity). In addition, STC-3630 ULTIMATE can configure up to 12 private masking zones on the image to block its view by the operator.
Weatherproof operation and easy setup
STC-3630 ULTIMATE can operate in different climate conditions at temperatures ranging from -40 to +50 ° C. Its rugged metal housing with IP66 protection rating is equipped with a heater and fan controlled by a special processor. Image settings and lens adjustment can be carried out without a full opening of the camera housing. STC-3630 camera housing also provides access to lens management and navigation panel of the screen menu. Outdoor camera features compact size and is supplied with a bracket enabling concealed wiring.
